How to delete your account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Cipl Fashion / CodeTrex account and associated personal data. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Before you delete your account

  • If you have an active order, we recommend waiting until delivery and any return or refund process is complete.
  • After deletion, you will be logged out and will not be able to sign in with the same account.
  • You may register again later only if our systems allow it; previous order history and preferences will not be restored.

Option 1 — Delete from the mobile app (recommended)

If you use the Cipl Fashion mobile app, you can delete your account directly:

  1. Open the Cipl Fashion app on your phone.
  2. Go to Account.
  3. Tap Delete My Account.
  4. Review what will be removed and what may be retained.
  5. Confirm deletion when prompted.

Deletion is usually processed immediately or within a reasonable time after confirmation.

Option 2 — Request deletion on the website

If you shop on our website, you can request account deletion as follows:

  1. Sign in at web.ecommerce.codetrex.co.in with the mobile number or email linked to your account.
  2. Open your Account or profile section.
  3. Select Delete Account (or equivalent option) and follow the on-screen steps to confirm.

If you cannot find the delete option or are unable to sign in, contact us using the details below. Include your registered mobile number and email so we can verify your identity before processing the request.

What is deleted

When account deletion is successful, we typically remove or disable:

  • Login access to your account
  • Profile information and saved preferences
  • Saved addresses, favourites, and cart items linked to your account
  • Saved payment methods from our active systems, subject to payment partner rules

What we may retain

We may keep certain records after deletion where required or permitted by law, including:

  • Completed order records and invoices
  • Payment and transaction logs
  • Information needed for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution
