Information we collect
- Account details such as name, mobile number, and email
- Delivery addresses and order history
- Device and browser or app information for security and performance
- Payment confirmation details from payment partners (we do not store full card numbers)
- Location information when you allow it for delivery or address services
How we use information
- To process and deliver orders
- To provide customer support
- To improve recommendations and platform performance
- To send important order updates and OTP verification messages
- To prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations
- To send marketing communications only where you have agreed or where permitted by law
Sharing

You may update certain profile information through your account and withdraw optional permissions, such as location access, through your device settings. You may also opt out of promotional communications using the unsubscribe option provided in the communication or by contacting us.
Account deletion
You can request deletion of your CodeTrex account either from the mobile application or through our account deletion web page:
- In the app: Open the app, go to Account, select Delete Account, review the information shown, and confirm deletion.
- On the web: Visit our Account Deletion page and follow the instructions to submit your deletion request.

When deletion is successful:
- Your login access is permanently disabled
- Profile information and saved preferences are removed or anonymised
- Saved addresses, favourites, and cart items linked to your account are removed
- Saved payment methods are removed from our active systems, subject to payment partner rules
We may retain: completed order records, invoices, payment transaction logs, and other information required by applicable Indian laws or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention and dispute resolution.
Deletion is usually processed immediately or within a reasonable time. If you have an active order, we recommend completing delivery and any return or refund process before deleting your account.
After deletion, you may register again only if our systems allow it; previous account history will not be restored.

Children
Our services are not intended for users under 16 years of age.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be published on our website and in the app.
