Eligibility
- Item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- Return request is raised within 30 days of delivery.
- Product is not marked as non-returnable (for example, certain personal-care or final-sale items).
How to return
- Open your order details and choose the item to return.
- Select a reason and schedule pickup (where available) or follow drop-off instructions.
- Keep the package ready with all accessories included.
Refunds
After quality check, refunds are initiated to the original payment method. Bank timelines can vary; most refunds reflect within 5–7 business days after approval.
For exchange requests, we’ll help you place a replacement order once the return is accepted.
